Kid-approved kitchen fun! Everyone gets a say with this easy and delicious DIY pizza recipe – because making your own pizza is as much about the smiles as it is about the slices!

Ingredients:

  • Frozen / fresh popiah skin, or pizza-dough
  • Ribeye fillet, approx 300g
  • HaruPlate Tomato Sambal
  • Half an onion, sliced
  • 5 stalks of kailan (or any other green leafy veggies)
  • Shredded cheese (we like mozarella!)

How to make it:

  1. Season the beef with salt & pepper (if desired), then sear it on the pan until medium rare
  2. Let it rest for awhile, before slicing into thin strips
  3. Saute the onion slices until slightly caramelised, then set aside
  4. Slice the green leafy veggies thinly, and for an additional tasty kick, we added rojak flower bits too!
  5. Spread HaruPlate’s non-spicy Tomato Sambal on 2 pcs of popiah skin
  6. Get creative with the toppings, then finish off with cheese
  7. Typically, bake at a high temperature (around 200°C) for about 8-10 mins, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly

This DIY pizza recipe allows for lots of creativity, making it a fun and tasty activity for kids.
