Anything Skewers

You’ve definitely been caught in a food quarrel before, when someone wants chicken, but another person prefers prawns. We’ve got you, mama 😉

Chicken? No problem! Prawns? Sure! Broccoli? A-ok!

Anything skewers is the ultimate crowd-pleaser for the whole family and goes great with rice, noodles, or just on its own.


  • Everyone’s choice of meats, veggies or even fruit
  • HaruPlate Sweet & Sour Sauce (SSS)
  • Optional: black pepper, salt

How to make it:

  1. Cut all ingredients into chunky bite-sized cubes.
  2. Pat dry, and season with HaruPlate’s Sweet & Sour Sauce. Add black pepper and salt if desired.
  3. Soak skewers in water, to prevent burning.
  4. Skewer the ingredients, have fun with it!
  5. Heat up oil to medium high in a pan.
  6. Once oil is hot enough (when you start to see a bit of smoke) slowly place in the skewers. This allows the pan to not cool down too fast. Careful not to get that hot oil on your hands!
  7. Shallow-fry on all sides until nice & cooked.
  8. Serve immediately, and enjoy some SSS goodnesss.
