Mini Hot Pot

This mini hot pot recipe is easy enough for even the most noob mama-chefs!

Our Chinese New Year tradition was crowding around a steamboat pot with my family, the table filled end to end with ingredients and everyone trying their best to keep cool even with the hot soup threatening to bubble over.

Keeping this memory and tradition alive, here is a mini hot pot recipe that’s easy enough for even the most noob mama-chefs! 

Ingredients

  • HaruPlate Roasted Tomato & Shiitake sauce
  • Steamboat ingredients (this is where it gets fun – pick whatever you and the kiddos fancy)
  • Water

Steps

  1. Fill your pot with water and add Roasted Tomato & Shiitake sauce.
  2. Bring to a boil and get a facial steam at the same time
  3. Throw in your ingredients, let it cook and,
  4. Dig in!
